Creating a Tool which allows automatic buy and setup domains.

I need a Tool which can automatic buy me domains from Namesilo. The Tool should be able to buy me domains like appleXXX.com in the XXX are random generated Numbers. Example i want to buy 5 Domains with appleXXX.com so the tool will buy apple4331.com, apple6323.com, apple1122.com, appl5521.com. After that i need to registrated the domains and point on my IP with my settings.
I will pay extra if the tool can also Create Namesilo/Cloudflare accounts automatic and for Namesilo instant topup with Neosurf/PayPal/Bitcoin. I would prefer Neosurf because its instant.
