Creating RSS feed for newsletter from a MySQL database table

We are operating several Internet marketplaces in several countries, see https://freelance-market.com. Each marketplace has its own newsletter which you can see for example at https://www.australiafreelancemarket.com.au/news .

We want to create an RSS feed for this newsletters, ie. for all our markets. We will integrate a RSS-logo on our webpage so people and robots can subscribe to it.
Our website is based on PHP with Joomla and MySQL. We will provide you with the MySQL-table which contains all newsletter content for all the markets.
Your first task is to create an individual RSS-feed for one marketplace which we can easily integrate on our server. Certainly the RSS feed has to be in such a way that it updates itself when new articles are added to the MySQL database.
Your second task is to tell us how we can create RSS-feeds for the other marketplaces. (I assume it only requires changing one parameter).
Your third task is to give us hints/ideas about this tasks and what we should do to benefit as much as possible from the RSS feed.
