Creating CRM and Tools with Bitrix24

We currently have an outdated and very simple CRM, which no longer meets the latest requirements. Unfortunately, many CRMs are too complicated and also too expensive.
We have now seen that Bitrix24 is in the price range where we can afford it. The problem is that the setup is too complicated for us and also the know-how.
We are looking for someone who can set up Bitrix24 for us according to our wishes with all the automations and tools it offers. After that, we would need to be able to provide a little training so that we can also instruct our employees. We speak English and German.
