Create a youtube video play & stop in PHP

I want to make a simple system on PHP.
Details: I have a youtube video, and then I want to show it on my website using iframe, and now the thing is - I will set any specific seconds for the video. When anyone starts watching the video, then the countdown will start in the background. When my countdown timer end with video duration then shows a success message.
NOTE: Also need a button click to go to another page to play the video, once the button is clicked, click button will be disabled.
Example: Play Video => Video Player (Embed)
If anyone can do this, please let me know.
