Create whmcs module for whatsapp gateway

We are looking for someone to create a module for WHMCS that connects to our whatsapp platform to allow the module to send the following notifications to the client:
- answer to the ticket
- ticket closing
-invoices, payment delays
-payment processed
- active service
- other notifications.
Everything will work through the API linked to the site.
