Create a website and secure it

Create a simple website which looks like E-commerce platform using (PHP-back end, HTML/CSS-frontend, MYSQL-DB) with security features like to counter SQL injection, Counter Xss, phishing,Dos and authentication.(Main focus is on Security of the website (80 %) rather than the looks and feel of the website (20%))
