I am looking for a skilled developer to create a website similar to Omegle. The website should have both video and text chat capabilities.
Design Preferences:
- I do not have specific design elements in mind but I would like the website to be user-friendly. I am open to suggestions for the design.
Additional Functionalities:
- I have specific functionalities in mind such as user registration and chat moderation. I would like these additional features to be included in the website.
- anyone to register has to provide a legal photo ID before they are approved to use the site and has to show prove of address which matches the ID.
