Create a website inspired from designrr.io -- 2

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a website inspired by https://go2.designrr.io/wordgenie2. The website will serve as an AI Ebook generator web app.

Use PHP/python/ and a combination of HTML, javascript or any other language you prefer for building.

I have the base source code ready- need to build upon it and optimise it.

Keep all the ebooks already generated through the GPT4 API and ready for download which users can choose from drop-down menu.
