Create a website in Bootstrap and Laravel

I am looking to create a website in Quiz Like Format. The website will have a landing page where we will ask a Question and show few options; next page will be shown based on option selected by visitor on first landing page and so on.
The website will have 4-5 Questionnaire pages and based on the user feedback, final page will show them result and check-out link.
