Create a webpage (not a whole site) using PHP & AJAX

Hello,
We are search for an PHP & Ajax specialist to create a Webpage same as this one:

As you could see it is a real estate page which is seperated in the middle. Left side has a grid with the properties and the right side has an interactive map (with the listed properties also).
The most crucial of the project is that the Grid Listing should interact with the map. When Moving on the Map the Properties shown on the Grid must be the same as the Map Viewport.
The map except moving on the map, the map should be able to zoom in and out. As zooming out, more properties are shown too close to each other. Those properties should be replaced by a summary number. As the user zooms in the summary must dissapear and the properties appear again.
On the Grid side each propertie have be presented with a carousel of images (as on the URL mentioned above) and also should have some text (Price - Title - No of Bedrooms etc).
As you could see on the example URL, when scrolling down the Grid Section should move but the map remains sticky. You must do this also.
On the top (above the results) you must add filters (like the URL above). You don't have to recreate the whole filter table but you must write the code to filter No of Bedrooms). The filters should work together with the interactive map and the grid. For the filters you must use Ajax.
On the final project the properties will be placed on a MySql DB. You dont have to reproduce that. You could use any way to red the test properties without the use of a DB.
