Create webhook for my running site.

Hi, i have a website name paktransfer.com this is larval base website, i have a pay.co gateway added on it. now i need to add web-hook for pay.co on my site, when pay.co send transaction status code to paktransfer then webhook pass that data in my database. If someone in-trusted and can complete project with 24 can apply.
