Create a webhook to bring leads into CRM

Need to create a webhook that takes the form registration info (first name, last name, email, phone number, and website) then sends it to my follow up boss CRM. If email is detected as a duplicate, then update the existing lead.

This same data needs to be webhooked into 2 CRMs (follow up boss and infusionsoft).
