Create web wizard for online program
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Programmer is to do the following:
1) Create bootstrap based web form asking how many animals the user is bringing to the fair, their name, phone, email, address, etc. This information is stored in a mySQL database.
2) User submits information to second page, where they can select pens to keep their animal in. For every 2 animals, the user will get to select one pen.
3) Second web (index.php included) form should have a toolbar added at the top telling them how many pens they can select. The user will go to select the pens, and hit next on the top toolbar to move forward. Their selections must be in order... so if they select something in row AA, all of the pens they select will need to be in row AA.
