Create a web page that allows to load a SCORM course

I would like to create a web page that can load a SCORM course when we click on a button "launch the course" and will record all the information to the database. I used Scrom API warpper but I'm getting an error, I'm probably doing it wrong, I want something simple and easy to create and please while bidding write your explanation on your technique and how you'd like to establish this project
