Create AI tool to extract invoice data from transport order and cmr

I am looking for a freelancer to create an AI tool that can extract specific data related to transport orders and CMRs and export it to a invoice .
Specific data to be extracted includes:
- Invoice number and date
- Customer name and address
- Itemized list of products and prices
- Loading and delivery place and date
- Price
- Payment days
- Customer company name and adresse .
The freelancer should have experience in:
- Developing AI tools for data extraction
- Working with invoice templates
- Familiarity with data analysis
The tool should have the capability to extract data from invoice templates, as we have access to a database of invoice templates. Additionally, the tool should have data analysis features to further analyze the extracted data.
