Create a sophisticated software in API

This project is a big one and therefore we are only looking for someone who is an expert at API development as we need our software to be fast, reliable, and safe to use. Even the smallest mistake could lose us a ton of money.

There will be numerous functions necessary (getting data and executing bids according to a math calculation inside the software).

The software should be receiving and processing thousands of data requests and will only execute bids if it fits under the math calculation inside the software.

As I previously said, it has to be really fast otherwise this software will not be able to execute any bid. Also, the more data it can process per second the more bids it will be able to do.
