Create something like pdfdrive dot com

I need someone to place the menu that you get when you enter the website (check due.txt) , to be on the left side (see the png file for what i mean) if one is viewing the site on a pc or a screen that goes beyond a tablet or mobile.

So move menu on the left side and always visible if on a big screen, otherwise as it is when logged in.

Everything on the site is functioning so that should stay that way.
