Create a small WHMCS product addon

I need a small addon module on WHMCS.
basically, we sell a product addon that brings a monitor for the URL to the user.
your job would be,
1. to create a hook that gets activated, when a specific product addon is activated.
2. if the addon is activated, the specific URL needs to be added as a product addon service on the screen of the user.
3. if the user does not pay the bill, the product gets de-activated.
4. if we cancel the subscription of the addon, the hook should be triggered again.
