Create a site read description

The website should be a mediation site between freelancers and companies.
I think Bootstrap is the best to use. When registering, the freelancer who wants to become a member pays 45 euros once (this will be with paypal or mollie, I prefer mollie because it is accepted in the Netherlands).
After registration they can login and edit their profile, they can give a short description what kind of work they do. There will also be an on/off button. Once they have the button on it means they are available for work.
Then the separate admin page. There should be a login there at site.com/admin. In the admin panel you can see which freelancers are available with the phone number and description of what they can do. This way we can quickly switch to companies to offer them for work.
Registration ect standard with recaptcha.
