Create single sign on endpoint on Wordpress Woocommerce

We're trying to connect our CRM system to our Wordpress Woocommerce store. We now create users for the store and saving the user ID in our CRM system but we also want our customers to login with single sign on to our webshop without their password details so we're looking for a solution where they can login using some authentication on API key.
