Create a simple PHP web app according to Telnyx documentation

I'm looking for someone who can show me how to create a simple https://prnt.sc/4lgJJVEUXeYQ PHP web app to receive sms with Telnyx service.
Telnyx documentation describes the way to building the ap in various languages (ruby, python etc.)
But since I'm accustomed with PHP a bit, I'd like to get the app built with PHP as well.
There are some videos on youtube about building a simple web app capable to send and receive sms with Telnyx but all of them are not a complete guide.
I'm not sure how much it can take. I believe that the task is rather simple and anyone who knows PHP can do it within 1-2 hours.
