Create a shopify app or plugin to enable cross sell after checkout success

I am looking for a Shopify app or plugin that will allow me to cross-sell my best-selling products from my store. The cross-sell feature should be embedded on the Thank You page. I do not require any additional features such as analytics or integration with email marketing - just the ability to cross-sell.
