Create a shared Email account using Google Workspace Business Standard

Need a technician to configure a shared Inbox on google workspace. 2 existing users need to receive email on this account without forwarding rules. As an example. Existing users are bob(@)domain.com and tom(@)domain.com. We now need to create Sales (@) domain.com and whenever sales(@)domain.com receives an email from the internet, bob and tom both get the emails. This work will be configured remotely using a remote screen share
