Create script and run as cron to integrate API

my website www.r1se.co.uk, is based on Wellness Living software (WL). i want its data integrated with a CRM GoHighLevel (GHL)
WL is used for booking and buying services (memberships and class passes to our studio) .
So i want integration for
For example an account is made / a class is booked, attended, cancelled / a product or service is purchased.
This would include things such as staff of last booking, class time, date, class name
I would also like to be able to have totals of things like classes booked, attended, cancelled, total spent, account balance etc.
I would also like to pull over data such as client type, address, email, ID, last visited, phone number, referrals made.
