Create a scrapper for a website

Project consists of creating a scraper tool that can log in to a website, navigate to the needed page, select from dropdown, add a date range ( this needs to be modifiable) then download csv file report, open it and add a few scrapper details from the website.
This will be an ongoing project. so this is step 1.
