Create a product thats gonna change our content automatically

Who we are:
We are a job platform that fetches content (job offers) from a job aggregator. We are available in 10+ countries. Our scope is to drive as many candidates as possible to the end point (so we are looking for real candidates that would click on the apply button and therefore they will get redirected to the source of the job).
How are we built:
We are built on Laravel. We have centralized our tools via Laravel Nova for better management. We are fetching the jobs via an XML Feed (around 4 times per day for each domain - therefore around 40 times in total as we have 10 domains).
What we want to achieve with this project:
Since we are getting the jobs from other job boads, we do not have unique content and that means that we dont get the maximum from Google for jobs. We want build some kind of AI that will basically re-write OR write a job summary and that would give us the boost from Google for jobs and start rising. Ideally we want to do that (first) with English speaking countries first - and later we can see if we can apply this into other languages as well.

The offer:
We are offering up to 3000 USD for this project but we need a guarantee that is gonna work for google and we gonna get the boost we are paying for. Also the whole product needs to be reliable and consistent, work everyday for all job offers.
