Create a portal with exactly the same facilities as vpscity.co.nz

The goal of this project is to buy a product that has already been done, and only requires a little custom (so not making a product from scratch)
To be able to work on this project, you must:
1. Mastering Cpanel, direct admin, KVM, windows server and other site management, including knowledge of the API.
2. Mastering WHMCS which will be used to control "multiple site management" and billing concepts
3. Mastering php java and engine communication for the benefit of making skin portals that will be used by customers.
4. It is hoped that you have worked on a hosting project like this and can show a system that is already functioning
