Create a plugin JSON RPC 2.0 to wordpress

I need an expert not a junior developer to develop a JSON RPC 2.0 plugin to wordpress.
This plugin has to use JSON RPC 2.0 standards and has to be very well developed to be integrated with the wordpress backoffice. (I don't want XML RPC)
You have to be able to easily edit the code to create new methods.
It's a simple task if you are an experienced development engineer.
