Transfer my contacts automatically from mysql database to google contacts (in my gmail account) and also in my existing excel sheet used to run python code

We have new customer login into our website everyday and their data already being stored in my SQL database (name / phone number )
we only need 2 things
a) automatically transfer the contacts (selected 4-5 fields) from mySQL to contacts under my gmail account - this data transfer needs to be live - ie. as and when a new customer logs in and creates its account on our website and a new data feeds into mysql
b) transfer the dataset into my existing excel sheet and click the submit button automatically, when my computer is logged in
You may need to work with Google APIs and libraries
