Create our Website and help with affiliate partners

We are looking for someone to create a website for our never environmentally friendly start-up.
The website should contain three main sections: an information area, a database for profiles of affiliate partners and lastly a small shop.
In the information area will be some brief explanations on what we do and our philosophy.
Following that the second area will be a list of profiles of our affiliate partners which will need some options for filters like categories and tags.
Thirdly the shop will contain some small packages and a subscription service for regular customers and the same with the addition of a special membership for partners.
The website should be built in a well known, internationally used software like WordPress to make usage and maintenance easy and fast.
We are ideally looking for someone that could create our website and also has experience with handling affiliate partners, like inputting them into our website as a continuous service.
