Create order status and returns system for Shift4Shop website (formerly 3dCart) that pulls data from offsite MS SQL database
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We have an exististing Shift4Shop site, but would like to have the order status/ returns system pull directly from an MS SQL database that is stored at our warehouse (computer is accessible via static ip address and open port).
From a page on Shift4Shop site, customer would enter their order number and email address. That information is then looked up on remote SQL database to then return order information (customer name, shipping address, items ordered, specific order and item status, and possible tracking information).
For items that have already shipped and are still within the returns window of 45 days, the customer should be able to select items to return. Return information to be collected is the product sku (from order status information), reason for return, if they want the item exchanged or returned for credit, and if an exchange, what item they would like as a replacement. This information should then be emailed to customer and merchant along with an RMA number (a combination of the date and the order number). Return data should also be written back to same SQL database as order status information was pulled from.
