I'm looking for someone who can add two new exchanges to the CCXT php library (https://github.com/ccxt/ccxt), they are as follows.

SouthXchange - https://main.southxchange.com/Content/swagger/ui/?urls.primaryName=API%20v4
Please note I am only looking for the php classes. This is for a personal project, your work won't be shared.
