Create a multi rent website with a booking system and payment gateways (similar to kayak, booking)

Hi,

We want to create a multi rental website or system, where you can book all sort of things.
Examples are (but not limited to):
- Cars
- Bikes
- Construction machines
- Houses
- Apartments
- Computers
and so on..

The system should work intuitively, with a booking system and potential payment gateway (mastercard, paypal and so on).

Examples are kayak, boels.nl and so on.
