Create a multi integration with a custom ERP system

We have a custom ERP system that can do the following:
- Create and deploy new shops (with custom design)
- Keep storage and stock
- Arrange SEO
- Put pricing and pictures on one or more different websites

SCOPE OF WORK: Build a customer service add-on for this ERP system.
We need for this custom system (that is built with NodeJs and VUE) the following features:
- Connect with the following systems:
- WhatsApp
- Facebook
- Instagram
- E-mail
Based on these connections with API, the admin(s) of the other websites can contact the person that has written an question, or can contact directly THROUGH the system with the CUSTOMER on different platforms (Insta, FB, Whatsapp, E-mail).
