Create a module for Lexofficein WHMCS (API connection)

Hello there!

I would like you to create a module for me. Here is the briefing.
I am using LexOffice as my accounting software at my business.

I started now working with WHMCS for my server system and i would like to have a connection through API between the two systems.

The functions that i need are simple:

When someone orders from the WHMCS, to send his data to Lexoffice and create an invoice about what he ordered. After that Lexoffice should send an email to the customer with his invoice and show that details on his profile in whmcs.
If the customer is not in lexoffice contact list, to create a new contact with his details.

That are the main funtions that i want.
Create customer if not exist,
If exist, to find the customer in the list.
Create an invoice with customer and order details in the lexoffice when someone orders from the WHMCS and show the invoice to the profile of the customer in WHMCS.
