Create a menu builder for my restaurants -- 2

I have a kiosk, an online ordering android and iOS app and website that currently integrates to the POS system. My backend currently reads the POS and publishes on the database, I want to make it read from the POS, save it in our database, and then we can create multiple menus and publish. I want to be able to snooze and disable modifiers. I want to be able to have dynamic modifiers across all platforms. Variables should have the ability to be overwritten from the POS.
