Create a menu builder for my restaurants

I have an online ordering app and website that currently integrates to the POS system. My backend currently reads the POS and publishes on the database, I want to make it read from the POS, save it in our database, and then we can create multiple menus and publish. Variables should have the ability to be overwritten from the POS. I have a design and flow which I would like to mimick.
