Create a interactive web based "exhibition" in 3D

Our budget it very low but we need to create something like following link https://www.motleycrowd.live/projects. of course this is very complex but we dont need it to that extent. it will be on a sustainabilitypage on a website when you click a button you should be redirected to this kind of exhibition experiance. i created my own version i spline.design but it is far to heavy so it takes a very long time to load. https://my.spline.design/untitled-4f137051a5a68ff6513ad7b5b9454e57/. have patience and you will finally see it.

it should be five pictures with texts saying how we should change our perspective regarding plastics.
