I need created, installed, set up, updated, optimized & secured:
1 - NEW WORDPRESS WEBSITE (with custom theme/template - no Elementor-like software)
- Theme & template to look like p6CrossFit.com with pages from 13stripesfitness.com, but use my information, photos, testimonials, trainer bios, location, etc.
- Nothing may be used from my preexisting site/server, as it's infected & account will be closed before installing this fresh new setup on a new account.
- The site & theme needs to be set up where I can add & edit pages & posts and they will match the preexisting theme, preferably without any WPBakery, elementor or subscription based software; like the WordPress phone app. I already bought wpBakery, if we must use one, but I'd prefer not to.
- Site colors must match my logo
- SEO & Local SEO optimized
- Mobile optimized
- PHP & email updated, optimized, secured
2 - BOOKNETIC setup within the site
- With email, SMS & stripe payments setup
- Must integrate & sync with these other installations
3 - MAUTIC installed & custom themes (email, landing page & dynamic page) created that match the new website that was created
- With email, sms & social setup
- Integrated to work with SuiteCRM & NextCloud Hub & these other installations
4 - SUITE CRM
- All set up with email, calendar, contacts, social, etc & will sync with the other installations (contacts, calendars, etc).
5 - NEXTCLOUD
- All set up & will sync with other installations (contacts, calendars, etc).
6 - cPanel host provided EMAIL set up to work with Website, Mautic, Booknetic, SuiteCRM, NextCloud Hub, & dual (or split) delivery with Gmail (emails on same domain: some addresses will go to gmail, others will go to the cPanel HostMDS provided email)
7 - Set up Mautic & teach me how to use it to email different people based upon different conditions
8 - Set up automated periodic backups & chron job settings.
9 - Give me a backup copy of everything ready for re-installation. In case there’s a horrible problem in the future and I have to reinstall or install it in a new place. Same w periodic backups.
10 - You be available for periodic rehire to update, maintain & secure the systems at a reasonable rate.
All of these services/systems need to synchronize and talk to each other, keeping each other updated & backed up. The site and different programs need to be set up to send & receive SMS & Emails & coordinate schedules with each other and google workplace, mobile calendars, SuiteCRM & NextCloud, etc. The sites that can do payments (like booknetic) need to be set up with Stripe.
I don't want to subscribe to any services, plugins, recurring fees, etc. If I have to buy a product, I'd prefer a one time charge. I intend to continue to use my preexisting hosting company HostMDS.com that uses cPanel. Please contact hostMDS.com for technical hosting questions, as I'm not tech savvy.
