Create import script/plugin from CSV for WP to ACF -- 2

We need someone to import a CSV into WooCommerce ACF Tables.
We need to do it for ourself later, so please create script or use existing plugins.
The process is as follows:
Each item name represents a pallet ID.
The different palettes have different contents and different numbers of products.
For each pallet, the content of the pallet should be displayed in the corresponding ACF tables.
The CSV is always uniform.
Nothing should be changed in the WooCommerce product names or anything else. Only the products contained in the palette are to be added in ACF, together with the values such as ASIN or EAN.
We manage the products via an enterprise resource planning system, which is in charge. Only via ACF can we create values that are not overwritten by the merchandise management system. In the end, the aim is to read out the contents of the pallet from ACF via a script and to display them on the product pages.
Important is that for each pallet there is 1 product in woocommerce. Each pallet contains multiple products, provided by csv, which needs to be added to ACF, so we can read them out in frontend later.
