Create hook for WPBot Pro Wordpress Chatbot plugin

I need code written that will execute each time a new chat starts from a visitor to an agent. The code delivered to me must be written in such a way that will allow me to add my own code that will execute each time a new chat starts from a visitor to an aganet.

*I require that no changes are made to the core plugin(s) "WPBot Pro Wordpress Chatbot or any addons".

Delivered to me, I expect a small block of code that I can put in my theme functions.php file
