Looking for a freelancer that can build an automated website fully functional and built clean! The site can be based on a framework but not on wordpress etc.. it must be able to handle 10,0000's of database entries and still remain fast. There will be content written in english and it must be translated using google/bing translate in an other language.
you must have knowledge of scrapers,seo,webbuilding etc... i want one person to do this entire job!
Also you must speak perfect english, i have tried freelancers making this project 3 times already, and this time i want it done perfect but i will also be very picky on the work done!
Looking for refrence sites you have made as well, low rating freelancers or freelancers that are "managers" do not apply, new freelancers can apply but will have to prove that they can handle the job.
