Create a dialogflow in Google for chatbot already on website

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a dialogflow for my chatbot that is currently on my website. I already have a detailed outline of the conversation flows that I want to implement but there are texts, not questions and answers. The main purpose of the chatbot is to provide customer support for my website visitors. Give the prices, what services we do, maybe make a appointments. The ideal candidate will have experience with dialogflow development and be proficient in Google Cloud Platform. Strong communication skills are also a must in order to ensure that the chatbot aligns with my vision.
