Create customized CRM and accounting system laravel

I am looking to have an experienced web developer create a customized CRM and accounting system using PHP & Laravel. This system will be created for an existing business and needs to be effectively tailored to our company’s specific needs and processes. We seek out a skilled programmer who has experience in creating both back-end and front-end web development solutions. They should be comfortable working with the framework and understand the principles of data structure and software architecture. Further expectations include developing and maintaining databases, building APIs, developing algorithms and implementing them on the client side. Additionally, the developer should have experience troubleshooting, debugging code and understanding data flows. We are prepared to provide our own designs but welcome feedback or suggestions from the developer.
