Create/customise Xenforo forum script front-end design as per provided mock-up.

We are trying to use xenforo forum software (xenforo.com) for a magazine or news portal-like website where the user will comment/discuss some news or articles. So, we are looking for someone who can change the display of the xenforo forum home to something like MSN or customise the front end.
We can also provide a paid addon (https://xenforo.com/community/resources/xf2-8wr-xenporta-2-portal-pro.6023/) which helps to create a portal system from the xenforo forum. So, it is more a design per provided mock-ups and integration tasks.
Please mention in the bid cover letter if you have experience working in xenforo (it is not mandatory but make sure you can do this job. Please do not bid if you don't have PHP coding experience/portfolio)
We will provide a mock-up (6 similar pages) and need our website using Xenforo to look like that. You may create a new template or edit the existing one to achieve the look or responsive design. But this will require someone with good design and some coding skills. The main focus will be on the home and a detail page (the others are category pages).
Xenforo has a widget system to display data, but please make sure that the widget system and above addon above may not solve all requirements, and this project will require some custom php coding based on xenforo standards to populate the data (which are already not available as widgets) or display data from the forum into the new design. All the content will be forum posts/threads from different categories. You may use additional add-ons if needed.
It would be even better if you have experience working with Xenforo's backend/code. The created or changed design should be compatible with Xenforo updates without breaking anything (unless it is a major upgrade).
You don’t have to create any extra modules. Just must make the design work without any errors. No design changes are required in the administrator section.
Should write clean/expert-level design code and create a professional look.

However, it is not just mere colour changes; the whole site structure should be changed, including adding required new HTML codes.
