Create custom plugin for us in wordpress + Woocommerce + WooCommerce Bookings

I am looking for an expert; who can create custom plugin for us.
Please note that the custom plugin output wont got conflicted by core WordPress & other plugin upgrade OR vice versa.

(I.) our website serves Turf bookings online. Link : https://www.rosedaleplaza.com/product/turf-air-plaza-for-football/
(II.) Our web backend is wordpress + Woocommerce + WooCommerce Bookings and other supported plugins.

The custom plugin should facilitate followings on our existing website:
(1.) WooCommerce Bookings Calendar output at front-end should show Available & Booked option pages.
Currently only Booked option page is coming. The page link: https://www.rosedaleplaza.com/turf-calendar/
(1.A) The Booked option output should show like this...
TIME SLOT (18:00 - 18:30) - "Turf Air Plaza For Football (BOOKED) | Booking #22213 - Nitin George".
(1.B) In Available option page; It should show
TIME SLOT (12:00 - 12:30) - "Turf Air Plaza For Football (AVAILABLE)
and link to Turf bookings online page at ( https://www.rosedaleplaza.com/product/turf-air-plaza-for-football/ )
and selected time slot's calendar should auto selected in booking page.
We are currently using this free plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-bookings-calendar/) to facilitate WooCommerce Bookings Calendar output

(2.) WooCommerce Bookings Email Issue:
(2.A) Soon the customer books a Turf slot;
the woocommerce triggers the email. and in email complete booking detail is not coming.

The complete booking detail should come and should not impact woocommerce + core system upgrade.
And the major setback is that the "WooCommerce Bookings" Booking confirmation email is not sending out from system. It should and have tobe fixed out.
(2.B) But when user / system cancels the slot:
the woocommerce trigers the email. and in email complete booking detail is not coming.
