Create custom php page using webhooks and API for added functionality to enchant email ticketing system -- 2

We are migrating from our outdated Kayako Caseemail ticketing system to enchant email ticketing system (see screen grabs of each.
The new system has most of the functions we need with the exception of the ticket summary screen.
Image 2 is the existing kayako ticket summary screen
Image 1a is the new enchant ticket summary screen
We are not able to modify the code on enchant, so we would need to have a standalone page hosted by us created which can do the following:
- List up to 200 open tickets
- Have the look and feel of the kayako summary screen (subject, email address, date, department)
- The ability to sort tickets by any of the above fields
- The ability to merge multiple tickets (can be as many as 6 to 10)
- Hover over subject pops out preview of ticket body
We need the same look and functionality from the kayako for this standalone page.
Looking for someone familiar with both email ticketing php packages, webhooks/api integration.
We will most likely be building this out in the future to have more functions and maybe even just use this new screen instead of toggling between this new screen and the enchant system, so bid it with the thought that it will be a repeat customer project.
