Create a booking form and trial function for learnpress courses

1. Create a booking form (similar to video attachment)
2. allow instructor can add their available date and time
3. Payment must thru Woocommerce
4. once done payment will go into my account page direct (refer to videos, hv countdown, assign instructor based on instructor available time and date)
5. connect with zoom plus star reward system (refer to video) and can record down whole videos and give students comments
6. create a parent account page that have all student page function and can control those particular students that's his childs.
7. Instructor can activate "Booking/Trial Function" in courses been assigned or course created by he/she
7.1. in the trial function can enter price (Min "0")
