Create an automated script to emulate human action repeatedly

I need a script written that acts like a human on a webpage to click then reload a certain link over and over again. Every click needs to come from a fresh ip address. So the process is, load url, click certain link. Close browser, delete cache/cookies. Reload url, click link.over and over each time with a new IP address.
