Create allow access / deny access , connected to subscriptions plan

In our system, we can create a subscription plan each has different pricing and what we want to do now is to choose which module is linked to each plan we create. Simply we deny route access if the module is not included in the plan. If you have done this before then it will make things even easier.
the task is straight forward and not complicated. We will share images on Figma showing what we aiming for.

-add side nav route view access
